All of the Adventure venues are $975.00 per participant and include all materials necessary for the retreat. Your travel and accommodations are your responsibility. Make plans so you arrive in ample time for hotel check-in, dinner and travel time to the retreat center for 5:30pm registration on Friday.

PAYMENT POLICY We appreciate payment in full. If you need to make other arrangements, please call us.

If your plans change and it is 60 days prior to the event, you will be refunded all but 20% of your registration fee. Cancellation after 60 days your fee will be refunded only if we can fill your important retreat reservation.

Once we receive your reservation form you will receive via email a Welcome Letter with details like trip information (suggestions for hotels) and equipment lists prior. We also require liability release and medical information forms.

Your payment is evidence of your reservation and understanding of the change policy stated above. Your confirmation will arrive via email and the Welcome letter. Thank you ….. we are looking forward to meeting you and going on this adventure together !
